Real estate company Vila Portorož, real estate transactions d.o.o.
The real estate broker and the client will determine in the brokerage contract or by special order the type and amount of additional costs (based on the price list below), if the broker, in addition to mediation, performs other services related to the transaction that is the subject of mediation, by prior agreement with the client. The prices of additional services are defined in the price list of the real estate company, which is an integral part of the general business conditions.
For all advertising material, it is considered that the executed images, recordings, floor plans, and 3D projections are the exclusive property of the company Vila Portorož d.o.o. and are included in the commission price for promotion in advertising. The floor plan of the property is for illustrative purposes; actual data is taken from the geodetic administration of the RS. Use by other natural or legal persons is strictly prohibited. Upon finding a violation, the user of the material will be obliged to pay according to the price list.
